Obsesity as a Disability

EEOC now claims obesity is a disability under ADAAA. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) now claims obesity is a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA). Until now, the courts have routinely rejected general obesity as a "disability" under the ADA and Rehabilitation Act. Cases have required one to show some different underlying medical condition that is a disability and that causes obesity as a "symptom." Now the EEOC has filed suit, claiming that a company discriminatorily fired an employee because of obesity. The EEOC claims that ever since President George W. Bush authorized the ADA Amendments Act in 2008, the law has a much lower threshold for what constitutes a disability. The EEOC claims that basic obesity, without any other underlying condition, sufficiently impacts the life activities of bending, walking, digestion, cell growth, etc., to qualify as a disability or perceived disability. EEOC v. Resources for Human Development (E.D. LA.2010).

People are using the fast-food industry-there is no such as healthy fast food (not even Subway)!-more often what w/ the recession and all lately. There is no such thing as fine dining and casual restaurants have peished cause no one have the expenses to go eat at a nice restaurant, so they'd rather eat at a fast-food place or go thru the drive in.
In the meantime, the obesity rate have skyrocketed cos the fast food industry, which  way popular now since people can't afford to go to a nice restaurant. Most of the food in those fast food place are super size.  (Have y'all watch Super Size Me?)

Chinese giving birth to American kids

China 'Born in the USA' Frenzy

Not only does the rich and famous (Angelina Jolie) give birth to their kids in foreign countries, but middle class Chinese citizens do. Even if they do give birth in another country, say America, when the mother's from, say China, they don't get the same privileges as another Chinese-born child born in China. One Chinese-born woman whose American-born son  has a U.S. passport, the law does not allow him to be registered in his mother's local area, which means that he will not be automatically admitted to Chinese schools. Song will have to register him as a foreigner, and pay an extra fee. His access to education and health care also faces a lot of constraints.
If you're an American-born child with Chinese-born parents, you can't travel directly to America, you gotta go to Hong Kong first, whose passport gives access to more than 120 countries without the need of a visa. Advantages include the fact that children will receive bilingual education (which will give them a foothold in the international world), and the fact that they will also enjoy the preferential policies for going to Chinese universities.
Some parents obtain fake birth certificates for their children, or cheat the Chinese Embassy to get them Chinese passports. But then they can't get visas or go abroad, as one parent explained
Anyway it's costly to give birth to a baby in America if you're Chinese for birthing and post birthing care, so are you game?
